Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During busy seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping Time
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping delays can happen due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic orders (US, Canada, UK): 5 – 7 business days

International orders: 5 – 15 business days
Our 80% orders are delivered between 5 to 7 days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. Any customs or import fees (for international orders) are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. It may take 12–24hours for tracking information to update.
You can track your order by clicking the link in your email or by visiting the carrier’s tracking page.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you may need to pay additional shipping charges.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Shipping delays can happen due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact the courier first. You can also email us, and we will try our best to help you.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and the item so we can assist you.
